Returns Policy

For our Merch to be available to fans around the world, Donny's Shop uses Printful to create & ship our products.

As they are a print-on-demand manufacturer, we are unable to offer Returns & Exchanges for change of mind / change of size as products are created for each customer. Make sure to double-check that you have the right item & size before you complete your purchase.

Faulty Products / Print Issues

If your order is misprinted / damaged / defective please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of your order being received.
We will contact Printful on your behalf regarding the issue with your order and get back to you as soon as possible.

Incorrect Address

Products from Donny's Shop are manufactured & shipped via Printful.
Because of this we only have a short window of time to correct any misspellings with your address. Depending on the fulfillment status of your order we may not be able to correct it in time and your order will be returned to the closest manufacturer to your Country of purchase.

Shipping / Delivery Times

Printful work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. It usually takes 3 - 7 days to fulfill / ship your order.
(Depending on your location, some items may be sourced from another Country)
