As they are a print-on-demand manufacturer, we are unable to offer returns & exchanges for change of mind or size as products are created for each customer. Please make sure you have the correct size / colour / item before completing your purchase. See our Size Guide & product photos for reference. 

If your order is misprinted / damaged / defective please contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

If you made a mistake on your address, please contact us as soon as possible. 
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to correct it in time.
Once the order has been shipped and/or delivered to an address, we are unable to retrieve it and are not responsible.

Paused Orders

We may place your order on hold if your address has been flagged as invalid or incomplete until we can get in touch with you for confirmation. This can cause delays in shipping & delivery times.
Please check your inbox / junk folder if your order has not been updated within our shipping timeframe. If we are unable to reach you, we may cancel & refund your order to avoid your package being lost in transit.

Please note that this is not a fail-safe. Only you are responsible for your address being entered correctly.

Order Not Delivered

During the delivery's last leg, it is your responsibility to make sure that your address is correct, easily accessible and that someone will be home to accept the delivery.
If you know that no one will be home, it is best to contact your delivery courier and give them instructions on where to leave your package.

If you miss the delivery and/or a secure location wasn't available, your package will be taken to your local Post Office or collection point ready for you to pick up.
Because collection points have different policies on how long they can hold on to a package before returning it to the sender, it's best to head in as soon as possible or let them know you will be coming in.

Returned To Sender

If left unclaimed, the package will be returned to the closest fulfilment centre to your country of purchase. Once it arrives, we will be happy to re-ship your order back to you. Depending on the circumstances of the return, you may be responsible for shipping costs.

Because delivery couriers do not prioritise returns, this process can take anywhere between 2-6 weeks to arrive at the warehouse. If you think your order has been returned to sender, contact us at Donnysshop@hotmail.com. Please keep an eye on your inbox / junk folder as we will need to confirm your details for re-shipment.

Orders that are left unclaimed at the warehouse will be donated to charity after 30 days. Re-shipments / refunds will be unavailable past this time.

Fraudulent Orders

Orders suspected of fraud may be subject to review, potentially causing delays or a cancellation / refund of your order. If your order is delayed, please check your emails as we could be trying to contact you to confirm your order.
